Accepted Countries

Ace Casino is built for players in the United States, but eligibility and bonus access vary by state. The site uses geolocation and identity checks to confirm where you’re playing from, and you’ll need to be 21 years or older to register. If you see a prompt during sign-up, that’s the system confirming whether your location qualifies for account creation or bonus redemption.

Ace Casino accepts deposits in United States dollars, and supports Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, and other major card networks. Live chat and email support are available—reach out to support@ace.com if you need help verifying eligibility or troubleshooting geolocation issues.

Which states are restricted for Ace Casino bonuses

Not all United States states qualify for Ace Casino’s bonus offers. The following states are excluded from bonus eligibility: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Washington, and West Virginia. Players in those states may still be able to create accounts for play, but bonus credits and certain promotional features will be blocked by geolocation rules.

Bonuses impacted by these restrictions include:

• Welcome No Deposit Bonus — 7,500 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins, automatic, slots only, 1x wagering on Sweeps Coins.
• First Purchase Bonus — 50,000 Gold Coins and 25 Sweeps Coins, automatic with a $9.99 minimum deposit, slots only, 1x wagering on Sweeps Coins.
• Daily Reward Wheel — 450 to 2,000 Gold Coins and 0.25 Sweeps Coins, resets every 24 hours, 1x wagering on Sweeps Coins.
• Referral Bonus — 6,000 Gold Coins and 3 Sweeps Coins per referral, automatic, 1x wagering on Sweeps Coins.

All of these offers are subject to the site’s terms and geolocation checks; if you’re in a restricted state, the bonus will not apply to your account.

How bonus mechanics affect eligible players

Ace Casino’s Sweeps Coins are the redeemable portion of most promotions. Important policy points:

• Sweeps Coins require a 1x playthrough before redemption.
• There’s no stated maximum cashout on bonus winnings, but redemptions require minimum thresholds: 10 Sweeps Coins for gift cards, and 75 Sweeps Coins for cash prizes.
• Bonuses are non-sticky; Sweeps Coins winnings are separate and redeemable after playthrough.
• Coins are forfeited after 60 days of account inactivity.
• Bonus abuse, multiple-account claims, or violating terms can result in suspension or voided bonuses.

Always check the full terms and conditions before claiming. You can read our Ace Casino review for a deeper look at bonus rules and legal points.

Responsible play, verification, and next steps

Before you play, have your ID ready for verification, and confirm your state’s eligibility through the site’s geolocation prompt. Remember that Sweeps Coins and promotional credits have specific rules, including the 1x playthrough and inactivity forfeiture, so plan your play and redemptions accordingly.
